One dispatch, every month.
We ship only within India, and only once a month — because everything leaving the atelier is made by hand for a named customer.

Order by the 25th
Any order confirmed on or before the 25th joins the following month's dispatch cycle.

Proof & approval
We send a digital engraving proof on WhatsApp within 48 hours. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

Made at the bench
One artisan cuts, stitches, burnishes and engraves your piece, then signs the inside seam.

Dispatch in the first week
The full month's batch leaves the Chennai atelier together, insured and tracked.

3–6 working days
Metro cities typically arrive in 3 days; other pin codes in 4–6 working days.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order across India, including insurance in transit. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges — prices shown in INR are what you pay.
Where we deliver
All Indian states and union territories, to any serviceable pin code. We do not ship internationally. Orders are delivered by insured courier and require a signature.
Tracking your order
You receive a WhatsApp message with the courier and tracking number the day your batch leaves the atelier, and again on the morning of delivery.
Delays and undelivered parcels
If a courier fails to deliver after three attempts, the parcel returns to us and we re-dispatch free of charge once you confirm an address. Festival weeks and monsoon disruptions can add two to three working days.
Corporate and bulk dispatch
Orders of 25 pieces or more can be scheduled outside the monthly cycle to meet an event date. Tell us the deadline when you request a quote and we'll confirm feasibility.
