Orders & Dispatch

Why do you dispatch only once a month?: Every piece is cut, stitched and engraved by hand in our Chennai atelier. Batching production into one monthly cycle lets a single artisan finish each order end to end, rather than rushing work across benches.
When will my order ship?: Orders placed by the 25th enter the following month's dispatch, which leaves the atelier in the first week. You'll receive a WhatsApp message with tracking the day it leaves us.
Can I change my order after placing it?: Yes, until the 25th of the month. After cutting begins we can no longer alter leather colour or engraving. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm what's still possible.

What personalisation do you offer?: Name engraving, initials, monogram, company logo, QR code, signature, date and custom messages — in gold foil, blind deboss or laser engraving.
Does engraving cost extra?: Initials and name engraving are included with every piece. Logos, signatures and QR codes carry a one-time setup fee, quoted before you pay.
Are personalised pieces returnable?: Engraved pieces can't be resold, so they're returnable only if there's a fault in materials or craftsmanship. We share a digital proof before engraving so you can approve the layout.

Where do you deliver?: Across India only. Delivery is free on every order, insured in transit, and typically arrives 3–6 working days after dispatch.
How can I pay?: UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and net banking. Corporate orders can be invoiced with GST against a purchase order.
Do you take corporate or bulk orders?: Yes, from 25 pieces upward with logo embossing and matched hide lots. Request a quote on the Corporate Gifting page.

What leather do you use?: Vegetable-tanned full-grain hides from family tanneries in Chennai and Kanpur, pit-tanned with bark liquors over roughly 30 days.
Will the colour change over time?: Yes — that's the point. Vegetable-tanned leather darkens and develops a patina with light, oils and use. No two pieces age identically.
Do you repair pieces?: Stitching, edge and hardware repairs are free for life. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll arrange pickup in the next cycle.
